活化课堂教学的方法探析

摘    要:分析了高校课堂教学中普遍存在的沉闷现象,认为造成这种局面的原因是教师和学生双方都尽力维系课堂上的“和谐”气氛,害怕伤及对方的“面子”;提出了打破这种“和谐”,活化课堂教学的方法。指出要尽力消除师生双方的等级观念,拉近师生距离;教师和学生都要提高专业水平,使教师不再害怕学生提问,学生不再害怕回答错误,教学活动真正在活跃、轻松、动态的和谐气氛中进行。

Abstract:The ubiquitous phenomenon of dreary classes in colleges and universities is elaborated and the causes are analyzed, which are the teacher and students both try to maintain the “harmonious” atmosphere in class, and are afraid of hurting the others' dignity. Some suggestions to break the static Chinese "harmony" and activate teaching in class are put forward. It is pointed out that we should try to eliminate the hierarchy of teachers and students and draw close distance between them; both sides should transform concepts, improve their professional level and not be afraid of being asked questions and making mistakes. Teaching and learning is conducted in an active and relaxing atmosphere to train high qualified, creative talents.
