电力企业物业服务存在的问题与对策分析

摘    要:电力企业作为垄断行业,改革远远没有走向市场化的进程,电力企业物业服务专业人员严重缺乏、物业服务收费极不规范、没有严格遵守物业管理条例、物业服务行为规范缺乏监督等,为了加快电力企业物业管理市场化改革,使电力企业物业管理能达到市场化的要求,需建立专业化的发展与服务模式,加强对物业服务公司的监督和管理,明确定位、强化服务意识、不断加强服务行为规范、提高服务质量。

Abstract:Power industry as a monopoly industry, the reform is far from moving toward commercialized process. The power company is lack of the property services .Property service charge is not standardized. It is not strictly comply with the regulations on property management, property service code of conduct is lack of supervision .In order to speed up power enterprise property management market reforms, the power enterprise property management to the demands of a market economy, you need to build professional development and service models, and strengthen the property services company, and the oversight and management clear positioning, reinforce the awareness of service, increase the standards of conduct, and improve the quality.
