| 摘 要： | 本文着重介绍了几种人类自身免疫性疾病的动物模型构建．大量的材料证明在估价人类自身免疫性疾病的发病机理及治疗方面，用和人类相同的病理条件影响动物，并使其产生相同的或类似的临床体症的动物模型是理想的。
