| Abstract: | Our party puts forward new requirement for contingent construction of party members in new period at the sixteenth conference.The necessity to strengthen the contingent construction of party members in institutions of higher education is stated in the report of the sixteenth conference.Our party analyzes the new situations and the new problems that institutions of higher education are confronted with in new periods,and puts a high premium on proceeding to consideration and exploration of strengthening and improving the contingent construction of the party members in a creative spirit. |
