| 摘 要： | 知识社会是继农业社会、工业社会之后必然出现的一种以知识和信息的生产、传播和运用为核心，以智力资源为首要依托，以不断创新为基本特征的全新的社会形态。不断创新是知识社会吵科技人才的最基本标志，知识社会中科技人才必备的基本特质包括：强烈的创新意识和不竭的创新热情，点石成金的创新能力，丰富的科学技术知识，百折不挠的坚强意志，深厚的人底蕴和高层次的化心态，良好的合作精神。

| Abstract: | Intellectual society, unlike agricultural or industrial society, is a society in which the production, transmission and utilization of knowledge and information are pivotal, intellectual resources play a crucial role, and innovation and creation take place all the time. This society is characterized by frequent innovation and creation accomplished by scientific and technological personnel. The characteristics of scientific and technological personnel include a strong enthusiasm for innovation and creation, great creativity, a good command of scientific and technological knowledge, high cultural attainment, a strong will, and a team spirit. |
