肝干细胞与肝癌的关系

肝干细胞为肝内胆管系统源性的多潜能分化细胞群,可分为肝源性和非肝源性两类,具有自我更新和向前分化为成熟肝细胞、胆管细胞等性质。胆管源性主要为卵圆细胞,其表达部分肝细胞、胆管上皮细胞和造血干细胞标志。较多研究资料显示,肝干细胞是肝细胞癌和胆管细胞癌的祖细胞,由肝卵圆细胞成熟受阻、异常分化而来,其间有多个癌基因或抑癌基因共同调控使肝卵圆细胞向肝癌细胞转化,具体调控机制还不详。肝干细胞为研究肝癌发病机制及根治恶性肝癌的方法提示了新的方向,可能是肝癌防治研究新的突破点。

On Relationship between Liver Stem Cell and Liver Cancer

Liver stem cell that is multi-potentials differentiation cell group from bile duct system in liver,it may divide into the liver source and the non-liver source,can renew itself and split into mature hepatocyte and bile duct cell.The bile duct source is hepatic oval cell mainly,it partially expresses the marker of liver cell,bile duct epithelial cell and haemopoietic stem cell.Many research data demonstrate that liver stem cell is the progenitor cell for the liver cell cancer and the bile duct cell cancer,from that maturation is blocked and dysdifferent by hepatic oval cell,it may be the result that several oncogene and/ or tumor suppressor gene to adjust together.Liver stem cell provides a new direction to research liver cancer pathogenesis and cure liver cancer permanently;it may be the new break-through point for liver cancer's prevention and therapy.
