高校博士后管理工作信息不对称现象分析及对策

摘    要:我国高校博士后工作经过多年的发展,取得了辉煌的成绩.但是,随着市场经济的发展和信息时代的到来,高校博士后管理工作中对博士后的招收选择、博士后工作考棱评估、经费管理、科技成果转化等方面存在着信息不对称现象.本文提出了相应的对策建议,为进一步完善高校博士后管理工作提供了参考.

Abstract:Postdoctoral administration in university obtains much more achievement.Moreover,along with development of market economy and advent of information times,there are information asymmetry phenomena in recruitment of post-doctors,evaluation of post-doctors' research achievements,funds management,and translation of science and technology production in the postdoctoral administration.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions,which will provide some references on postdoctoral administration in university.
