| 摘 要： | 本文简要回顾了深圳特区职业院校发展过程中“市场导向”宗旨的确立和人才培养模式演变的情况，阐述了人力资源开发应注重学生“职业核心能力”培养的重要意义，并就此对如何培养学生“职业核心能力”的实现途径提出了自己的见解。
