| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育事业的迅速发展,高校教师队伍里青年教师所占的比重越来越大,逐渐成为高校教育事业发展的生力军。积极维护青年教师的发展权,关系着高校未来的可持续发展。协助党政等有关部门维护好青年教师发展权,是高校工会服务服从高校发展大局、构建和谐校园义不容辞的责任。本文就高校工会应重视维护青年教师发展权,做一些粗浅的探讨。
