农业广播电视教育是我省农业教育的重要组成部分。当前农业广播电视教育教学工作存在的问题是:教育理念和模式与其面临的形势和任务不适应,教师队伍建设与承担的教学培训工作不适应,教学资源建设与农村和农民的需要不适应。因此,在教学工作中应明确其目的和任务;完善教学管理制度;做好两个队伍的建设;加强教学资源建设;创新办学模式。

The education of agriculture radio & TV is an important part of agriculture education in Shanxi.Currently in the education of agriculture radio & TV there exist such problems as the educational idea and pattern don't adapt to the situation and tasks they are faced with,the construction of teaching staff doesn't adapt to the training task they bear,the construction of teaching resources doesn't adapt to the need of rural areas and farmers.Therefore,in teaching the goal and task should be made clear,the teaching management system should be perfected,the construction of two forces should be made well,the construction of teaching resources should be strengthened,the school-running made should be innovated.
