| 摘 要： | 传统造纸设备传动系统精度不高，造纸机车速较低，影响产品的质量和效益。基于PLC的高速造纸机传动系统，以S7-300PLC和MM440变频器作为基础，以PROFIBUS-DP现场总线实现远程数据传送，实现传动系统高速可靠运行，降低了消耗和成本，显著提高了企业的生产效益。

| Abstract: | Traditional paper machine transmission accuracy is not high,its speed is low,affect product quality and efficiency.This paper introduces a design of a constant linear speed based on MM440 transducer and s7-300 PLC,and by the PROFIBUS-DP the remote data transmission is realized,high-speed and reliable operation,reduce consumption and costs,significantly improve the production efficiency. |
