| 摘 要： | 为了更好的传承中华民族文化，增强青少年体质，文章通过文献资料、调查分析的研究方法对青少年心理特征和功力大赛的运动比赛特点进行分析研究，研究表明：功力大赛项目运动在中小学武术课程的推广是可行的。

| Abstract: | In order to inheritate Chinese national culture, improve the body quality of children, the paper through the methods of literature and analysis, studies the characteristics of children psychology and the competitions of Gongli , draws the conclusion： some items of Gongli competitions can be spreaded in the middle and primary schools Wushu teaching class,which is feasible. |
