Wingate无氧试验适宜负荷的研究

摘    要:wingate无氧试验中适宜负荷的确定是个体获得最大无氧功率的关键。综合国内外研究报道,体重百分比推算法仍然是多数研究中负荷确定的选择,但负荷标准未统一,从0.075kg/kg.BW到大于0.10kg/kg.BW不等;而大腿围度与腿力指标的引入,证明能提高测试结果的准确性,不过相关推导公式及结论需要更多的研究支持。

Abstract:The opitimal load is very important for the detemined maximal anaerobic power in the wingate anaerobic test.Base on the researchs both inside and outside of the country,the way by body weight percent is the first selection for many reseachers,but resistance index is changing from 0.075 to 0.10kg/kg.bw.The introduction of the indexes of thigh circumference and leg strength has been proved to improve the accuracy of testing results,and more research should be progressed in future to validatet the formulae and...
