摘    要:以知识为本、高度分化、相互缺乏相融性的“科学主义”和“专门职业化”的高等教育课程体系已远远不能适应现代社会、经济、科技发展的需求。在构建新世纪我国高等教育课程体系时,应充分考虑现代政治、经济结构对人才的要求,站在主动适应和促进科技进步的战略高度,去分析和预见高等教育课程的构建原则,形成新的反映我国传统文化,又体现知识经济发展态势,以“能力为本”的高等教育理念。

Abstract:In the construction of a higher education syllabus system in China for the new century, we should take it into consideration the requirement for human resources to meet the demand of political and economic structure in present China and we should bear it in mind that active adjustment of syllabus could lead to the promotion of science and technology. Only from that strategic point of view can we analyze and predict the principles for the syllabus construction for higher education curriculum, so that novel higher education concepts, which should reflect both our traditional culture and the trend in knowledge based economy, could be developed.
