年级管理体制下学生党员发展工作的思考与探索

扬州大学在深化内部管理体制改革时，将以往系（科）负责学生管理工作改为年级办公室负责，并相应设立年级学生党支部。为此，新时期学生党员发展工作应从端正学生入党动机和强化预备党员的后继教育入手，充分利用年级管理体制下学生党支部做好组织发展工作的有利因素，积极探讨这一新的学生管理体制下党员发展工作的运行机制。

On the Admission of New Members of the CPC among Students under Grade based Student Governance System

In reforming the managerial system, Yangzhou University adopts a new system in managing student affairs. Grade based system replaced the department based system and the CPC (the Communist Party of China) branches were set up accordingly. The paper concludes that, in admitting new members of the CPC in the new era, we must rectify their motivation for the membership of the CPC and intensify continuous education after they are admitted. The paper also demonstrates the positive factors and approaches in admitting more students into the CPC under grade based managerial system.
