当前大学生党支部建设存在的不足及对策

实践证明,大学生党支部建设对于党建发挥着极其重要的作用。通过问卷调查发现,当前大学生党支部建设存在一些欠缺,如组织管理效果堪忧,部分党员思想落后,制度建设不够完善。因此,必须积极加强学生党支部建设,做到组织管理上优化＂三渠道＂,即网络资源、文体活动、社会实践;思想教育上紧扣＂三结合＂,即结合学生的专业发展、思想实际和困难疑惑;制度建设上完善＂三制度＂,即＂分层培养＂制度、目标管理制度和＂纵横沟通＂制度。

On Shortcomings and Countermeasures of Undergraduate Party Branch Building

Practice has shown that undergraduate party branch plays a vital role in party building.Through the questionnaire survey,there are some deficiencies in undergraduate party branch building now,such as ineffective organization and management,backward thinking of some party members and incomplete system.Therefore,colleges and universities must take active steps to strengthen the building of student party branches.The organization and management should optimize the ＂three-channel＂,i.e.network resources,entertainment and physical training function,and social practice.Ideological education should adhere to the ＂three-combinnation＂,that is,the combination of the professional development of students,the actual thinking,and doubts and difficulties among students.We should perfect the ＂three systems＂.They are ＂hierarchical culture＂,the target management system and the ＂vertical and horizontal communication＂ system.
