资产管理工作具有双重性,即管理性和服务性。如何处理双重性,既要做好管理又能够做好服务工作,这是摆在资产管理工作者面前的一个亟待解决的课题。资产管理者应坚持在管理中服务,在服务中管理,增强服务意识、提高办事效率,讲究服务质量、促进管理水平的提高。

The assets management has a dualism,that is management and service.How to do with its dualism,how to manage it well and serve the daily activity well is a problem before us which needs to work out.The asset manager should do the service while managing,and manage while serving.They should also enhance the sense of service,improve the work rate and work quality,so as to enhance the improvement of the management.
