铸铁中石墨生长过程的控制

摘    要:采用液淬-热分析方法分析铸铁凝固初期石墨形态的演变。石墨的初始形态呈球团状,在不同的热力学条件和动力学条件下,将使石墨的球团状初始形态发生演变。在合金凝固过程中,一些非金属夹杂物质点可作为石墨结晶的异质核心,而对于尺寸较大的夹杂物,石墨能否在其表面上形核关键取决于夹杂物表面的性质和结构。

Abstract:The evolution of the graphite in cast iron had been studied by liquid quenching-thermal analysis in initial stage of solidification.The initial shape of the graphite was like a ball.Under different conditions of thermodynamics and dynamics,the shape of the graphite would be evolved.During its solidification,some inclusion particles could be the core of graphite.Whether or not the graphite could form cores on the surface of some large inclusion depends on the properties and shape of its surface.
