口服低渗糖盐溶液对外因性胃炎止吐作用临床观察

为了观察低渗糖盐溶液口服对外因性胃炎止吐作用的疗效,采用35℃低渗糖盐溶液口服每次100¹50 mL,间隔5 mim一次。显示30 mim内止吐效果:对急性单纯性胃炎总有效率98.3%,对急性胃肠炎总有效率97.2%,对急性酒精中毒总有效率89.7%。认为用口服低渗糖盐溶液对外因性胃炎引起的呕吐止吐效果较好,方法简便易行,无毒副作用。

Clinical Observation of Antiemetic Effect of Oral Administration of Hypotonic Sugar Salt Solution to Exogenous Gastritis

To observe the curative effect of hypotonic sugar salt solution to exogenous gastritis, 35℃ hypotonic sugar salt solution was taken orally 100～150 mL per time, at intervals of 5 min. The antiemetic effect during 30 min was as follows： the total efficiency of 98.3 % for acute simple gastritis, the total efficiency of 97.2 % for acute gastroenteritis, and the total efficiency of 89.7 % for acute alcoholism. The oral administration of hypotonic sugar salt solution was tested to have ideal antiemetic effect to exogenous gastritis; also the method was simple and convenient without side effects.
