| 摘 要： | 层次分析法作为一种定性与定量相结合的决策分析方法,将其运用于商品住宅套型面积的定位将有助于项目的成功.文中将层次分析法应用于西安北二环＂市级机关拆迁居民安置项目＂市场定位的决策过程中,根据不同层次各因素对目标的影响程度,构造两两比较判断矩阵,把定性与定量研究结合起来,以提高决策的准确度.

| Abstract: | AHP incorporates both qualitative and quantitative analysis in decision-making.Its application in the area positioning of commercial apartments will be instrumental in promoting housing project.This paper applies ANP in the decision-making of a real estate developing project in Xi＇an city by structuring adjudge of the matrix according to the influence of each aspect.It combines the qualitative and quantitative studies in order to ensure the accuracy of decision-making. |
