| Abstract: | Currently, China's economy is increasingly mixed with the process of internationally econmic globalization. Confronting with the fiercely international competition, the only choice is to strengthen the power of international competition. Meanwhile, domestic economy is in a critical juncture. We need upgrade our economic structure..Hence, it is an inevitably historical certainty for our country to develop high and new technology along with its industries This artical will probe into strategy and policy on developing high and new technology along with its industries. |
