| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着计算机、互联网和多媒体技术的普及，多媒体教学的资源建设也备受关注。其中，视频信号的高质量录制、视频资源的大范围共享，是多媒体教学资源建设的重要组成部分，成为教育界所关注的重点。本文在基于高性价比原则的基础上，尝试设计出一种低成本、高质量、而且具有扩展能力的微机录像系统。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the construction of Instruction Multimedia Resources draw everybody's attention along with the popularization of PC ,Internet and Multimedia technology. High quality REC of video frequency signal and big area communion of video frequency resources are the important parts of Instruction Multimedia Resources. This article tries to design one low cost and high quality PC kinescope system with extending ability. |
