| 摘 要： | 企业文化能在思想观念、行为方式上把外在环境中的社会的人改造成企业的人,其实质就在于让企业的人被激发和创造出更大的活力.许多企业家认为,企业文化是继人、财、物、信息之后的第五种资源,人们日益认识到企业文化的重要性.但目前企业文化对中国大多数企业来看是导出的,而不是导入的.为此,在此文中,笔者解析了如何建设企业文化的几方面问题.

| Abstract: | The business civilization may turn a man in the external environments into a man in the in- ternal enterprise by the ideology and action way Its substance is to make the man in the enterprise to arouse and create more vitality Many enterprisers think that the business civilization is the fifth resource after hu- man, money, matter and information. People recognize the importance of business civilization day by day But now the business civilization seems to originate to lot of enterprises in China. Therefore, in this article,the author analyses several problems to build the business civilization. |
