| 摘 要： | 伦理建设已成为企业在国际竞争中提升竞争力的重要手段。我国不少企业对企业伦理漠视 ,对企业目标片面理解 ,看不到企业伦理对企业经济目标实现的作用。澄清企业伦理问题上的片面错误的认识 ,是推进我国企业伦理建设首先要解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Ethical construction in enterprises has become an important means of improving the competitive power of enterprises in international competition in many countries at present.However,quite a few enterprises in our country overlook it,one sidedly understand their goals and can not see the role of enterprise ethics in realizing them,so the first important problem to be solved in our country's enterprises is to clarify the one sided erroneous understanding of it in order to propel the enterprise ethical construction in our countries. |
