以人为本,创建“学习型企业”

摘    要:21世纪,人类已进入知识经济时代。知识、信息正日益成为推动经济发展和社会进步的强大动力。企业作为社会当中最基础的经济活动单位,应当抓住全球化、知识化、信息化的机遇,以人的发展为本,积极构建“学习型企业”,营造一个人人、时时、处处都在不断进行学习的良好氛围,推动企业人才创新和技术创新,为企业发展注入源源不断的动力。文章分析了“学习型企业”的六个基本特征,并从企业理念、培训制度、运行机制等方面,提出了构建“学习型企业”的建议。

Abstract:In 21 century,human has entered the knowledge economy era.Knowledge and in formation are becoming the important power pushing the development of economy and im provement of society.The enter-prise,as the most basic economy unit,should grasp the opportunity of globalization?digitalization and knowledge-based development ,and construct an enterprise of learning,which is based on the individual development.And we will make a good surrounding in which learning is tak ing place on eveyone,at ev-erywhere and at anytime.By this mechanism,we will improve the innovation of talent and technique,and pour continuous power in to the development of enterprise.This article has analysed six characteristics of"learning enterprise",and put forward several suggestions of constructing a"learning enterprise",such as en terprise cul ture,training policy and mechanism.
