| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,大学生就业难的问题越来越突出.为了清晰地了解大学生的就业观,通过实证调查,探究其择业时的心理特征,并结合调查结果,从大学生自身的角度提出了一些相应的指导对策,希望能够为解决大学生就业问题提供帮助.
