| Abstract: | The competition in the 21st century is professional-oriented which mainly depends on well-working mechanism. Mechanism-marketization is the best approach of professional-allocation. According to the present reality in our country, to perfect and innovate the mechanism relies on the following: to establish multilevel, interoperation and opening market system to optimize the medium of the mechanism; to perfect and innovate the supplying-demanding mechanism of talented person resources,the pricing-mechanism,competitive-mechanism and the social- guarantee mechanism. |
