日本企业的雇用及企业内职工教育的特点

摘    要:“终身雇用制”是日本企业雇用的特点,在此特点之下的企业内职工教育亦呈现出与本企业的生产、技术、利益等紧密结合的特色。然而,泡沫经济破灭后,日本企业的雇用状况发生了极大的变化,其企业内职工教育面临着反省和改革。

Abstract:The system of lifelong employment" in Japanese enterprises also affects their employees education which is characterized by the close relation between employees education and the enterprise's producation technology and production profits. However, after the evaporation of bubble economy, the system of employment in Japanese enterprises has changed a lot and their employees education is confronted with introspection and the challenge of reforms. This essay aims to make a study of this problem.
