美国推广创造教育的特点与经验

摘    要:20世纪50年代以来,一个崭新的教育领域-创造教育在美国逐渐兴起。创造教育在美国的发展过程表现出三个特点:与教育改革结合,注重转变教育观念,与科研结合,探索创造力开发的有效途径,面向社会,致力于应用推广,创造教育在美国取得成功的经验主要有以下三个方面:用先进的理论指导实践,有利于提高的指导下普及;建立高效的工作机构,有利于推动事业迅速发展;发动受教育者积极参与,有利于创造教育及时得到社会的承认。

Abstract:In the 1950's, a new field of education, namely creative education, rose and developed gradually in U.S.A. The developing process of creative education shows three characteristics: combining with education reform and paying attention to change educational ideas; combining with scientific research and seeking the effective approach to creativity; facing the society and devoting efforts to application and populization. The experiences of successful development of creative education in U.S.A are as follows; taking advanced theory as guide to practice and populizing under the guide of heightening; founding effective organizations to push the course forward; arousing the students to participate in creative education and getting recognization from the society in time. The successful foreign experience can be used for reference by Chinese educators.
