对高职机械类专业整周实训教学的探讨

在机械类专业整周实训教学中,由于高职生自身的因素以及学校方面组织制度的欠缺,整周实训的教学效果成为高职机械专业实训教学亟待解决的重要问题。探讨了高职机械类专业整周实训教学的内涵,分析了整周实训教学中存在的一些问题,进而提出了改进高职整周实训教学的策略,即要调动学生的积极性,加强实训教师队伍建设,强化实训管理制度,改革整周实训教学模式,多方面寻求提高整周实训教学效果的良方。

Discussion on the Whole-week Training Teaching of Machinery Major in Higher Vocational College

In the whole week training teaching in mechanical engineering,due to the students’own factors and the lack of school organization system,the teaching effect of the whole week training teaching became the important problem to be solved in the mechanical professional practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. The writer dis-cussed the connotation of the whole week training teaching,analyzed some of the problems existing in the practice teaching,and then proposed the strategy to improve the whole week training teaching,for example,arousing the en-thusiasm of students,strengthening the management of training management system,reforming the teaching mode of the whole week training. We should seek to search for the good way of improving the teaching effect of the whole-week training teaching from different approaches.
