| 摘 要： | 20世纪初(1903~1915年),中国民营铁路迅速兴起,同时其衰败也异常迅速,可以用“进锐退速”来形容,尽管“退”具有被动性。这种“进锐退速”现象是值得深思的。探讨这一现象发生的原因,有助于进一步了解民营铁路在其发展中所受的多重影响以及探索如何更有效利用民间资本发展中国铁路事业,具有积极和重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The development of the private supervised railways was so rapid in the first of the 20~(th) century,while at the same time the decline of private supervised railways was also so rapid.The phenomenon is worth researching.The possible reasons for this are helpful to understand the multiple effects stopping the development of the private supervised railway,which may also give a hint for positive employing private investment for the development of Chinese railway. |
