| 摘 要： | 近年来,西南民族地区高等职业教育蓬勃发展,培养了大量高级职业技术人才,良好的职业素养是职业人才的首要质素。在认真调研的基础上,归纳出该地区高职生职业素养培育呈现的五个特点,其次对高职生职业素养培育存在的问题及原因进行了深入阐述,最后对进一步提升高职生职业素养进行了探讨,并提出解决对策,具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the higher occupation education in southwest minority regions has been booming and training senior occupation talents,good occupation accomplishment is the primary occupation personnel quality. Because of careful research, this article researches five characteristics of higher vocational college students occupation literacy performance in the area which have been carried out, and expounds the problems and the reasons for the current situation and characteristics of occupation accomplishment cultivation. It discusses vocational college students＂ occupation accomplishment and has a certain reference and guidance significance. |
