On Higher Education Management from a Global Viewpoint

There is considerable competition within the global education marketplace,as can be seen by the growing number of higher education providers.Rapid development of information and communication technologies(ICTs)has caused significant shifts in higher education,and has presented three trends:namely globalization,virtualization and borderlessness.The"business of borderless education"research is widely developed in the USA,the UK and Australia. These three trends will have far-reaching effects in many education areas such as curriculum,teaching and administration.
