| 摘 要： | 由于举报人缺乏自我保护意识等原因,常常遭到打击报复。绝大多数的打击报复行为是被举报人利用单位的行政职权对举报人在职务职级晋升、工资福利待遇调整、工作岗位变动上设置障碍。这些隐性的打击报复行为很难立案查处,主要是由于保护举报人的相关制度存在法律局限性。因此,完善举报人保护制度,制定举报人权益保护法势在必行。

| Abstract: | The informants are usually retaliated,because they lack consciousness in protecting himself.Most behaviors against the informants are done by their administration authority in the job promoting,adjusting welfare treatment and constituting obstacles on work post.The retaliating behaviors are not put on record as the system on protecting informant has jural Limitation.Therefore,we must perfect the system on protecting informant immediately. |
