| 摘 要： | 以"学校"和"班级"为考察单元,构造六变量研究模式,并用变量模式来观察、分析、解释中学教育过程.分析了2003年云南省高考情况.通过调研云南省与上海市部分高中的教学、管理、评价等基本情况,对云南省与上海市中学教育的六个变量进行对比分析,探索变量模式中校长变量、教师变量、学生变量、过程变量、环境变量的存在问题,提出了解决问题的对策:学校分层建设,班级分层教学.

| Abstract: | ITtakes"schooling"and"classes"as investigated units to construct the six-variable inves-tigation standard and uses the variable pattern to observe,analyse,exemplify the educational process of sec-ondary schools.By analysing YunNan entrance examination2003and the teaching,management,evaluation in partial senior middle schools of Yunnan and Shanghai,we find some problems in principal variable,teaching faculty,students,processive,environmental variables.According to the contrast on the six variables in Yun-nan and Shanghai Secondary schooling,we propose some strategies to solve the problems:Graded construction of schools and graded teaching of classes. |
