Strengthening the Construction of a Clean and Honest Government in the Grass-roots

The construction of a clean the Party, should be an unremitting effort and honest government in the grass-roots, as a major issue of because it guarantees the invincibility of the Party and the existence of our Socialist country, and is a major historic issue running through the Party＇s construction and the whole process of the Reform and Opening up.
