摘    要:地方师范院校办经管类专业的条件虽有一些先天不足,但也有育人环境好、基础学科齐等优势。针对师范院校特点,以湖南第一师范学院为例,提出培养信仰坚定、充满信心、值得信赖、让人信服的“四信”型经济管理人才为特色的人才培养模式创新的思路,提出改革陈旧的、僵化的人才培养方案,提高理论教学、实践教学、教学方式的柔性,并加强经济管理人才培养的条件和环境建设,提高办学的开放性,创建柔性化教学资源。

Abstract:Local teachers colleges do have some deficiencies in economic and management condition, but there is a good educational environment, basic subjects complete and other advantages. Based on the features of teachers colleges, Hunan First Normal University has, for example, proposed innovative ideas for economic management talent training model with four characteristics of conviction, confidence, reliability and convincing. It has also proposed to reform the old, rigid personnel training programs, to improve the theoretical teaching, practice teaching, flexible teaching meth- ods, to strengthen economic management personnel training conditions and environment, to improve the educational openness, and to creating flexible teaching resources.
