财经类院校法学通识课课堂教学有效性实证分析

摘    要:法学通识课教学在新的改革背景下再次引发教育界关注,当下多数地方院校法学通识课课程设置不舍理、课堂教学方法无新意、教学评价机制无实效,借鉴美国和英国高校通识课的较为科学的教学模式,因地制宜,应该从课程设置、课堂教学方式、以及课堂效果评价三个角度完善课堂教学,提升课堂教学效果。

Abstract:General courses of law teaching has again drawn the educational concerns in the background of the new re- form. At present, most general law courses in local colleges are not reasonable, nor new in teaching methods, nor effec- tive in teaching evaluation mechanism. In view of the more scientific teaching modes of general courses in American and British universities, the curriculum designs, teaching methods, and the evaluation of classroom effect are to be perfec- ted, with adaptation to the local conditions, to improve the classroom teaching and to enhance the teaching effect.
