中小学生自信心受挫的成因及对策初探

摘    要:自信心是个体对自己的积极肯定和确认程度,是对自己的能力、价值等做出客观、正向认知与评价的一种稳定的性格特征。就中小学生这个特殊群体而言,自信心受挫已成为影响其学业、身心健康发展的一个重要方面。本文旨在对中小学生自信心受挫进行成因分析,探究培养和保护自信心的对策和措施,为跨世纪人才选拔和培养、健康人格塑造和具体的教育实践提供理论参考。

Analyzing of the Causing of Frustrated Self-Confidence of Primary and Secondary School Students
Abstract:Self-confidence is a positive attitude towards oneself. It is with the characteristics of objective, positive recognize and evaluate of one's ability, self-value, etc. As far as primary and secondary school students are concerned, their frustrated self-confidence has been becoming a negative factor that influence their study and health of both body and mental. This essay aims at analyzing the causing of their frustrated self-confidence and trying to find the measures to protect and gain their self-confidence for it is a matter concerning about our intellectual training, dignity building in our education for the 21st century.
