Analysis of Social Problem About Female Employment Puzzledom From Movie and TV Texts

The resistance and correlative problems of female employment, have already become an overt social problem in China. The causes are not only sexually discrimination, but also a great deal of other social factors; so the problem of female employment must be considered in the whole of social environment. Some movie and TV texts paid a certain amount of attention to this social problem in an artistic manner. This research tries to go deep into the multiple factors behind female employment resistance through these movie and TV texts, facilitate the carrying out and intendance of female employment policy so as to create better chances for female employment, improve the environment of female employment, and help to bring about the better realization of female manpower capital value.
