| Abstract: | A Chief-editor, as the director and the organizer of the beautiful cover of a periodic, should pay great attention to the principles of unity of the cover-design and market-orientation, wholeness of the form and content, emergency of aesthetic features and social functions, integration of time-surpassing and significance-innovating while deciding the adoption of a periodic cover. |
