| Abstract: | This article introduces the provisions for educational service, some commitments in our country after the entry into WTO, and the four patterns of the commitments, namely, payment of extra-territory, existence of commercial, and flowing of natural persons. The article also expounds that the provisions, commitments and the service patterns have great impact on the academic libraries, the entry into WTO is a challenge rather than opportunity to the academic libraries. |
