| 摘 要： | 在对沈阳体育学院成人教育生源层次与结构的现状进行分析的基础上,探讨影响成人教育生源层次与结构变化的因素以及成人教育学习主体的特点,进而提出沈阳体育学院成人教育发展的对策:加大成人教育办学的自主权;形成"长短"结合的办学格局;形成以成人教育为主、多种教育类型并举的发展框架;形成以某一层次为主、多层次教育并举的发展态势。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the influential elements of the standard and structure of the enrollment source of adult education and the features of the adult education receivers on the basis of the current situation of the adult education in Shenyang Institute of P.E.It also proposes countermeasures,i.e.,bestowing more autonomous rights to school running for the adult education;forming an education model combining mutual strengths;establishing an educational pattern featured with adult education as the main pattern supported by various other educational patterns. |
