| 摘 要： | 文章简要概述了近年来福建省科技事业的新进展；分析了福建省科技投入方面的主要存在问题；对福建省财政科技投入及其引导作用，进行了自身的纵向比较和与有关省份的横向比较，以及与中央级的比较；最后就加强福建省财政科技投入的引导作用提出了三点建议。

| Abstract: | The author briefly summarizes the recent progress of science and technology in Fujian province, analyses the main problems of science and technology input. The financal input in science and technology and its guiding role in Fujian, is compared with related provinces and the central government respectively. Finally three suggestions on strengthening guiding role of financial input into science and technology in Fujian Province is put forward. |
