基于复杂理论的教师教学认识观探微

摘    要:新课程教学中,教师在传统方式与改革要求之间存在着困惑,原因在于教学认识上的彷徨。复杂理论认为世界不再是有序的、对称的、简单的,而是随机的、混沌的、不确定的,体现出非线性、生成性、自组织性、全息原则等特点,能够为教师重新审视教学提供理论基础,澄清认识上的困惑,从而有利于推动新课程教学的深入。这项研究着重分析了复杂理论之下教师教学认识观的3个必然转变,以期引发思考。
