| 摘 要： | 中学时期,学生的心理矛盾和冲突正处在一个丰富多样的阶段。班主任和教师要加强对学生的教育和引导,消除其不良的心理疾病,使矛盾和冲突转化为学生健康成长的动力。特别要注重在引导中培养中学生的创新意识、自我意识和是非意识,为他们健康成长,走向社会贡献社会奠定坚实的基础。
