普通小学教师资源配置标准研究——以湖北省为例

摘    要:普通小学教师资源配置是否合理直接关系到义务教育的均衡发展和社会公平。本文以湖北省为例,按照当前的教师资源配置标准,计量了120个县市普通小学教师超(缺)编状况,发现当前的教师配置标准只关注了在校生数,而忽视了农村小学普遍存在的校点分散、班额偏小等问题。因此,本文以班师比和分类班额为依据,设计新的普通小学教师资源配置标准和模型,从而以保障农村普通小学教学的正常运转。
