| 摘 要： | 发展战略与财务战略的匹配是提高一流私立大学管理绩效的关键所在。本文对哈佛、耶鲁和斯坦福大学发展战略与财务战略的匹配进行实证研究,以财务营运能力为分析工具,剖析2006年-2010年3所大学的匹配关系,经分析可知,3所大学发展战略与财务战略具有良好的匹配关系,并形成了各自独有的发展特色。
