民办中小学政府资助现状及政策建议——基于对湖北省C市民办中小学的调查研究

政府对民办中小学的资助问题历来为社会各界所关注。本文通过对湖北省C市的调查研究发现,地方政府将民办中小学中农村户口和低保户口学生纳入两免一补,政府资助向弱势群体倾斜,但资助力度远远不够,不利于促进教育公平。政府应根据财力逐渐扩大资助范围,其中排富型教育券制度和按学校收费标准给予不同等级的资助是可供选择的方案。

The Situation of Government Aid to Minban Schools and Policy Proposal:A Case Study of C City in Hubei
