Investigating the Necessity of the Culture Construction in Xinjiang from the Characteristics of Modem Culture

This article,emphatically from the structure of the relationship between people and culture,explores and surveys the importance of the construction of modern culture and the urgency of Xinjiang culture in new economic situation.The purpose is that in a region without the culture value,it’s very difficult to expand their due historical value and modern value.At the same time we should actively look for the corresponding remodeling way and harmony atmosphere,preventing the phenomenon of hemiplegic that culture lags behind economic.
